I really like this record. It's fractal-like progress in the songs is hypnotic. Love the sounds and production. There is a deliberate fine balance between all instruments and serene and bombardment parts. 80's heavy metal solos and weeping tremoloes, sign me in. Abigail Williams really knows how to build tension slowly and in a split second unleash the primordial chaos.
Favorite track: Into the Sleep.
This was recommended to me (shout out Shreddit!) and I fell in love as soon as I saw the cover, and the cello on The Final Failure sealed the deal. Sweeps from one extreme the other effortlessly. Such a great, atmospheric listen.

This is about as good as OSDM gets, to be honest. Blood Incantation are quickly building a pretty flawless discography of modern classics and every release just improves and evolves their sound. Stellar stuff (literally). Colin Kauffman

I don't really like black metal much. But... this is pitched far enough from the archetypes of the genre that I can actually enjoy it as the beautiful piece of progressive metal that it is. Lethologica82
